Delicious Creamy Eggnog

 This is really wonderful. If you want it to be less sweet, then omit the sugar and/or vanilla, but it isn't that sweet. :) Remember, these are made with raw eggs and pregnant women or  young children shouldn't be drinking this. 

4 Eggs

5 ounces or 150 ml  sweetened condensed milk

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4-1/2 cups (1 litre) milk

Beat 4 egg yolks, (save the egg whites) until they are thickened and light. (I used a plastic, tall juice jar. You can also mix it in a large bowl.) 

Add, little by little,  sweet condensed milk, then sugar, vanilla and at last milk, cup by cup. Then beat the egg whites with an electric beater until stiff, then add it to the milk mixture and gently fold it in. Garnish with nutmeg. 

Like I said, DELICIOUS!!
