Pine Cone Candleholders
Country Mama, Alabama

  • Pine Cones, medium and small.

  • Hot Glue

  • Various twigs, berries, Holiday flowers & faux holly

  • Taper candles

  • Spray Snow

  • Glitter

Take 3 pine cones about the same size.

If you can't find one that is opened up you can heat them on top of a wood heater or oven until they do.  **Caution** Keep a close on on them so that they don't burn or catch on fire!

All you do is spray paint very lightly (for the snow look) on the pine cones and while it is still wet - sprinkle glitter (one color or many) and then let dry.

Glue them together leaving enough space for one taper candle to go down in.

You can decorate with fake holly bush, twigs, berries and holiday flowers. Use your imagination!

Makes a real country look to your holiday decorations.

(I can't say that I would actually use it to burn candles, it may be for looks only, but it is pretty and certainly worth the effort.)
