Patrick O'Rourke
Born in Dundee, Scotland at the close of World War I, Patrick O' Rourke would serve admirably for the Royal Scots Greys during the second World War, seeing action in the Middle East , North Africa and Italy. O'Rourke also took part in the Allied invasion of Normandy on D-Day in 1944.

After the War he married and settled in Worthing, in southern England.

His account of his war experiences have been presented by his sons Patrick and Brian (both members of O'Ruairc Clan Ltd.) on a touching webpage- Patrick O'Rourke A Royal Scots Grey 1917-1996 .
