How to Play The OBJECTIVE of this game, at left, is to be the first one to reach (fill-in) the top-most rung of the ladder. You can MOVE up either by 1 or 2 rung(s), by clicking on the '1 X' or '2 Xs' buttons respectively. Then, the computer moves up by either 1 or 2 rung(s), by filling-in with either '1 O' or '2 Os'. In this manner, you & the computer take turns playing. If you WIN, the canopy (the green 'About Race to the Top' panel, above the 'ladder') turns a sun-shiny yellow. If the computer wins, it turns a thunderous-cloud black. Then, you can either choose to PLAY AGAIN by hitting the [F5] key on your computer's keyboard (or by choosing 'View', then 'Refresh', from your web-browser's menu) or to STOP PLAYING by closing this web-browser window. |
