The DFST is a two-year post
secondary program designed to graduate an Integrated
Paulinian Filipino men/women with adequate knowledge
and skills that will enable them to practice their
profession as competent cooks, bakers, food service
attendants and /or dietetic assistants in health care
and other related commercial food service industries.
It aims to develop:
HONEST AND RESPONSIBLE PAULINIAN
FOOD ENTREPRENEURS who are maka-Diyos, maka-Tao,
maka-Bayan and maka-Kalikasan.
CHRISTIAN FILIPINO MEN
AND WOMEN who are dependable, committed to hard
work and appreciative of the dignity of labor.
INTEGRATED PROFESSIONAL
FOOD HANDLERS who are competent in pastry arts,
baking arts, culinary arts and food service technology.
SERVICE ORIENTED PAULINIAN who are sensitive and
responsive to the need of the church and scoiety.
