This is a 2-year post secondary
program aimed to equip the students in the practical
knowledge and skills in the basic functions related
to handling of food and beverage and most importantly,
people. Graduates may seek jobs as in restaurants,
cafeterias and other food service business.
Objectives:
To develop Christian Catholic
Paulinian graduates who are:
- Exemplary leaders who value
dignity and self-respect.
- Efficient food handlers
and food attendants.
- Honest and creative food
entrepreneurs.
- Service oriented and equipped
with skills to meet the demands and needs of Tourism
and HR industry.
