Welcome to this beta issue of Panorama. This is a more expanded edition
              compared to the sample issue.
              
              This will be the last trial version before the first issue. A new issue of Panorama
              will go up every fortnight from then on. Most of the written material that will
              form the first issue has been selected, and some of it has been included in
              this beta issue.

              You can, however, submit material for the next issue. You can still stand on
              the soapbox and give us your views on the topic we have selected. Please limit
              your opinions to 750 words. We hope to have the first issue ready for viewing
              by September 1st.
