In 1917, Quincy Saint Andrew Bonhomme VII created Monthly Metal Mofo. In those times, a website providing metal news and investigations was unheard of. This revolutionary metal icon paved the way for metal online. Sad times would strike the man. In 1923, Bonhomme was involved in a scandal that nearly ended his growing business. A Chicago news paper questioned the truth in a story involving an indecent exposure charge placed on Hitmaker's manager, Rick James. The Hitmakers would force James to resign, the scandal however, put Bonhomme in a deep depression.

It would be seventeen years until Bonhomme would return. On August 13th, 1940, Monthly Metal Mofo returned. The first issue was reported to have recorded 34 million hits in the first hour. That evening, the excess-prone Bonhomme would overdose on Ectasy. Triple M would lie in a quiet coma for 63 years.

In August of 2003, Andrew Soper recovered the will of Bonhomme. Bonhomme spoke of a man that would bring his site back to glory. Soper naturally assumed it was referring to him. The site has come back, and somwhere, Bonhomme is smiling.
