Fahrenheit 9/11 can be described as an attempt to get people to vote for the other party—namely the Democratic Party. On the other hand, it is a point of view on the Bush Administration by an individual who is a liberal and who has every right to express his views. And then again, it is just a documentary.
Writer/director Michael Moore gives his point of view with facts and revelations about President George W. Bush, his Administration, and many political and non-political figures of importance throughout his still active term.
There is footage of events that occurred during the Bush Administration, including news footage, clips from “Larry King Live” and other shows, and most poignantly the unforgettable attacks on 9/11 and the Iraq War.
I thought it was a good documentary, even though I didn’t fully agree with many facts and revelations. However, there are a few questions I asked myself about the events leading up to 9/11 and the aftermath.
Since we are all Americans, we have the right to choose whether to see Michael Moore’s documentary or not. For whatever political party you are loyal to, you have the right to agree or disagree--and the right to raise your eyebrows.
Fahrenheit 9/11 is Rated R.
