New Mark Twain Museum & Gift Shop - New Mark Twain Museum & Gift Shop is located at the corner of Main and Center Streets, this newly restored structure houses an art gallery featuring 15 original Norman Rockwell Paintings which were used as illustrations for special editions of "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. The New Museum gift shop features unique items of both Mark Twain and Norman Rockwell, as well as a complete gift line.

Mark Twain Himself Live Show - Laugh along with Tom Sawyer and catch a glimpse of America through the eyes of Huckleberry Finn. It's great theater, hilarious comedy and heartwarming drama performed the historic Mark Twain Hotel at 200 South Main. Call box office for dates and times, 573-231-0021

Mississippi Riverboat Cruises - Cruise this nostalgic riverboat from the landing at the foot of Center Street, up and down the river for one or two hours at a time. See our famous river town from the boat that bears the name of its most famous citizen...Mark Twain. Optical Science Center and Museum - This nationally recognized, one-of-a-kind science center is great fun for the entire family. Mark Twain Cave and Annex - Experience the excitement of traveling through Missouri's oldest show cave and one of the state's largest caves. Take a one-hour tour through Mark Twain Cave and see the cave as Mark Twain did. Stop in at Treasure Hollow for a unique demonstration of candle carving and to visit specialty shops located there. Stop in at Olivias's Ice Cream Parlor and restaurant and the Rock Shop where you can join the fun of panning for gemstones. Located one mile south of downtown on Highway 79. Cameron Cave - Cameron Cave, Missouri's newest show cave, offers you a different and exciting underground adventure. You'll see the cave nearly as it was when first discovered. The tour lasts one-and-one-forth hours and several visitors on the tour will get to carry a lantern.
