- Aunt + uncle came to visit today. Had lunch, went swimming, fell down and scraped up my knee pretty badly.
- Have to work tomorrow. Great more stuff I'll need to know. I swear it will take me about 6 mpnths to stop calling people 'hey you' and actually learn their real names.
- Want to go see 'Grind'. God that looks like a funny movie. Now I'll I have to do is find a friend that is still spaeking to me to go with; could pose problems.
- need to go shopping badly. Well I don't NEED to go so much as I WANT to go. At least it's air-conditioned in the mall.
- Haven't had ANY coffee today which resulted in my slightly 'surly, sarcastic, the-world-can-bite-my-ass' attitude.Falling down didn't help it at all.
- Realized that I've updated this almost everyday and there are like NO comments :( so now I'm quite unhappy.

Another day has come and gone. . . *sighs*
- Watched the second half of Pride and Prejudice on A&E. Went to the dentists. Couldn't talk w/o intense pain for almost two hours. So awful. Am wondering what colour to die my hair. Maybe something wild like blue or red or purple. Something to get rid of the boredom. Toodles.

The four letter word got stuck in my head, the dirtiest word that I've ever said, it's making me feel alright.
Hey is it me or do power black-outs so suck? Yeah I live about an hour from Toronto so we had no power until this morning. It makes you realize how much we rely on electricity. And how much I really need music. I couldn't even make any coffee to calm me down because, duh, the coffee maker needs electricity. But there are a whole ton of people who are suffering more than I was so I shouldn't complain. But yay! There's power now and I'm going to stop because in a minute I'm gonna be repeating myself and you'll all be getting bored and leave.
- I have new bookcases! Go me! They're white and shiny and new and new is almost always better than old. I haven't actually put them together yet but it shouldn't be too hard.
- Everyone go out and download 'Blinded (when I see you)' by Third Eye Blind. It is like the best song I've listened to all week.

Have come to many realizations today:
- this is my third entry today.
- I really don't have a social life at all :( very depressing.
-that after three hours of shleving heavy books your arms become very sore.

You know msn you can go to the directory and see everyone's profile? Well I did a search for every one in New York, New York (since I have this weird obsession with it) on ppl 13-19. After checking more than 3/4 of them I came to the conclusion that every girl there was a cheerleader and more than half of the ones I looked at had blonde hair. AND there wasn't one guy there. Aren't those scary statistics? Now I'm not saying that every girl 13-19 in NYC is blonde and a cheerleader but the amount is very scary. I feel like such a minority, what with being a brunette and actually reading something other than Cosmo (because personally I couldn't care less about the top 10 ways to get a guy into bed). I mean is there something in the water there? And hey if there is anyone out there that can prove me wrong I'd like to see it but for now I'll stick with my assumption that all teenaged girls are blonde and cheerleaders (isn't that a synonym for stupid?).

The first of many
Ooooh my first blog entry. I'd be more excited, like jumping up and down waving sparklers saying 'yay for my blog!' but it's 12:10 in the morning and I don't have any sparklers so let's just pretend. Where are my manners? you probably have no idea who I am. I'm gonna be 15 in 16 days so I have something to look foward to. Anything eles you want to know about me is in my profile. I'm slightly crazy which means most of the entries will be a good laugh.

-Today's been a great day. Sun shining, birds singing and the wonderful, spectacular, ultimate good news. I have a job. Yep, starting next week I'm working at the library which is so like my dream job (next to Chapters- that close to that many books and a Starbucks). I may start off at minimunn wage but in a month I'll be able to buy this Gianfranco Ferre suit that I have to have or a pair of Jimmy Choo's which are quite possibly the coolest shoe company on the planet. But I have to save my money- or at least try to but it will be hard now that I'll be able to spend so much more.
-Oh yeah I almost forgot, I got contacts today. The nice coloured ones so now my eyes will be green instead of brown. And they're disposable so I won't have to worry about losing them, which I know I would considering my awful memory and even worse track record for misplacing things (hey I once put the remote for the tv in the fridge so I'm not exaggerating).
-Only a few weeks left of summer before school starts up again, I can hardly wait (yeah right). I have some new school year resolutions.
1)Make the honour role ( I was pretty close to making it last year)
2)Write for the school newspaper(because that always looks good to universities)
3)Pay attention in class (no matter how boring it is and how good the book I'm reading is)
4)Get boyfriend ( It's pretty sad when your the only one out of your friends that hasen't kissed, let alone dated someone)
5)Get tattoo (no matter how much begging and pleading it takes; or settle for a lip ring)

-I'm back from a weekend at the cottage. The only drawback was there was no cable or phone or internet so I had to content myself to read so hours on end and play scarbble, which, by the way, looses its fun after playing it more than 10 times. But I'm back to civilization as we know it and I can't be happier.
