"Justin.... Justin." Justin's eyes fluttered open, as he heard a soft voice calling his name. He looked up. His bedroom was dark, but the light from the hallway barely lit his room. "Justin..." A soft voice said again.
"Wh-Who is it?" His voice hoarse and raspy. He rubbed his eyes, trying to get rid of the sleep. He looked up and saw a dark figure sitting next to him. His sight finally became clear. To his surprise, he saw Sabina sitting down next to him. He jumped out of bed, scared. "Wh-What are you doing here?" He asked, as he switched on the light.
"JC, told me to come wake you up."
"How come he didn't come?"
"I dunno, he went to go pick me up and then he brought me over here."
"Where is he?"
"He's downstairs with the other guys... Are-you ok?" She asked, as she looked at him. His face was pale. His lips the color of a white cloud.
"Ye-yeah, I'm fine... Could you ask JC to come up please."
Sabina nodded her head slowly. She sighed sadly, as she walked out of the room.
Justin sighed, as he sat at the edge of his bed. He buried his head in his hands, as he heard a knock on the door.
"Hey J, you wanted to see me?" It was JC.
"JC... Why did you bring Sabina here?" He asked, quietly. JC remained silent. "JC? What was she doing here?"
"Well... She's coming with us."
"To the beach remember?"
Justin looked up at JC, his eyes blood shot red. "She-She's going with us?"
JC nodded, a dumbfounded look on his face. "Yeah... I thought you knew?"
"I'm sorry... I didn't."
"Justin... Why don't you just talk to her?"
JC shook his head, as he took a seat next to him. "J... Just talk to her... She's a really nice girl."
"I don't want to."
JC shook his head angrily. "All right man, whatever... Well, get ready, we're leaving in 10 minutes." He said, as he walked out of his room.
Justin sighed, his eyes brimming with tears. He stood up and walked into his bathroom to get ready.
"Hey J, c'mon the water's great!" JC yelled.
"No, it's all right, I'll stay here." He said.
Justin sighed, as he sat on the warm sand of the beach. He looked at the guys and Sabina, as they horse played in the water. He sighed deeply, as he realized how much he had changed. How the things he used to love, were nothing to him anymore. That nothing in the world mattered to him. Not one tiny little thing. He shook the thoughts from his head as he looked back at his friends. His heart nearly stopped, when he saw Sabina walking away from the water. He took a deep breath, as his eyes stayed in place. Her hair was down, wavy and wet from the water. Her body was covered with a baby blue bikini. Her legs were slim and smooth, they looked irresistible to touch. Her stomach was flat, showing off the lining of her muscles. He sighed again, as his eyes moved up. Her face was shining with beauty. Her brown eyes sparkling, her full powdered lips just gave him the urge to go and kiss them.
Sabina smiled, as she looked down at Justin. "What are you doing all by yourself?" She asked, sweetly.
Justin shook the thoughts from his head. "I-d-don't wanna go in the water." He said softly, as he looked down.
Sabina shrugged her shoulders. "Mind if I join you?"
Justin shook his head. "No, go ahead."
Sabina smiled, as she laid her towel next to Justin. She knelt down and laid flat on her stomach. Justin took a deep breath as he looked down at her. Her eyes were closed, as her head rested on her arms. "Am I that good looking?" Sabina said, playfully. She opened her eyes as Justin quickly looked away. She laughed. "I'm just kidding Justin." She smiled. Justin smiled slightly. "Hey, Justin... Will you rub some sun screen on my back please?"
Justin slowly turned his head towards her. "Um.. O-okay." He said, quietly. He took the bottle from her hand and put some on her back. He took a deep breath as he slowly brought his hand to her back. He swallowed the knot forming in his throat, as he slowly began to rub her back. He looked at her face. Her eyes were closed. After the lotion had dissolved into her skin, he sighed. "Okay... All done." He said, as he slowly removed his hand.
Sabina opened her eyes. She smiled as she looked at him. "Thanks."
Justin smiled slightly. "Your welcome."
"You were so gentle... Are you like that all the time?"
"I guess you can say that."
Sabina smiled, as she sat up. "I like it when a guy goes gentle on me."
Justin smiled, a slight laughed escaping his lips. He sighed, as he looked at her. He actually smiled. His first real smile. How she made him smile? He had no idea. He looked down as he slowly began to speak. "Um.. I wanted to- to apologize to you."
"For what?" She asked quietly.
"For acting like that towards you... And for not talking to you in the beginning... I'm sorry." He said softly.
"It's ok." She replied sweetly. "You don't have to apologize." She brought her hand to his chin, as she slowly lifted his face.
Justin sighed heavily, as he looked into her eyes. A feeling of joy rushing through his body.
"Justin... I just want to tell you, that.... If you ever need anyone to talk to... I'm here for you... You can trust me."
Justin slowly looked away. "I can't trust anyone." He said softly.
Sabina sighed sadly, as she slowly let go of his chin. "Well, can you at least talk to me if you need someone to talk to?"
"Yes." He said as he looked at the ground.
* Later that night *
Justin sighed, as he entered his bedroom. He threw his towel in the basket and walked into the bathroom. He rested his hands on the counter as he looked at his reflection. His eyes were still red. His face was pale and his lips were a slight shade of purple. His head suddenly started weaving back and forth. His vision becoming blurry. He quickly splashed some water on his face, hoping that the side affect will go away. He turned off the light, as he slowly walked out of bathroom. His head was spinning rapidly. Everything going in circles. His body aching with a tremendous amount of pain. He grabbed onto the night stand, as he saw JC walk into the room. His vision becoming even more blurry as the minutes passed.
"Hey J, I forgot to tell you tha--" JC stopped as he looked at Justin. "Justin? Hey man, are you ok?" He asked. "Justin? Justin? Answer me man... What's wrong?" He began to worry.
Justin started breathing heavily. His head spinning faster and faster. He took one last deep breath, as he closed his eyes and slowly collapsed onto the floor.
