"Justin can I have a word with you."
Justin sighed heavily, as he slowly entered Rob's office. He took a seat in front of his desk, his head hanging low.
"What the hell is a matter with you Justin?" Rob asked, as he kept his eyes on him. "Justin, I asked you a question."
"Bullshit Justin. Ever since your first show, you've been distant from the rest of the tour crew. And I want to know what the hell is going on?"
Justin sighed deeply. "I guess I'm just having an emotional depression, that's all." He answered quietly.
"Well, whatever it is Justin, you need to fix it. The media and the rest of the crew is getting tired of your childish actions or so called emotional depression."
"Yes, sir." He answered quickly, as he stood from his seat and walked out of his office.
"Yo J, we're about to hit the beach, wanna come?"
"I guess." He answered softly.
"All right, come on. It'll take your mind off things."
"Yeah." He replied softly, as he and JC walked towards the parking lot.
"So what did Rob want to talk to you about?"
"Nothing really. He was pissed that I've been quiet for about a month."
"Hey, why are you all distant? "
"Yeah there is, and it's walking towards us."
Justin looked at JC awkward, as he followed his gaze. His breathing became somewhat shallow, his eyes brimming with tears.
"Brad, Wade, and I saw what happened at the club."
"It wasn't my fault." He replied, as he kept his watery eyes on Shannon.
"I never said it was."
"I know." He said, as he looked back at him. "But, it.. I was..."
"I was drunk. But I guess it drained from my body after what happened."
"Yo Shannon baby, c'mere a second would ya?"
Justin's shoulders tensed, as he listened to Brad talking to Shannon. He could instantly feel her eyes burning into his back. He closed his eyes shut, trying his best to be strong. He shook his head, as he stood up. "Why don't you guys shut the hell up. I came here to relax, not to listen to a bunch of bitches laughing it off. So, if you don't mind could you please take your conversation some place else."
Shannon jumped up, as she stood face to face with Justin. "Why are you so afraid to show how you really feel?"
"I'm not afraid to show how I feel. I don't feel anything. I have no feelings for anyone. Not you, not anyone. You're nobody to me, you mean nothing. I don't even know why the hell I kissed you in the first place. You dirty little whore."
Shannon lifted her hand slapping Justin hard across his face. "How dare you. How dare you disrespect me that way. You haven't changed. You're still the same bastard, you were at the very beginning and I like you."
JC, Brad, Justin, and Wade all looked at Shannon in complete shock. "You know what? I can't stand to look at you right now. So, I'm going to ask you nicely. Leave me alone."
Shannon stood still, as she watched Justin pick up his bag and walk away. "What have I done?" She asked quietly, to no one in particular.
"Nothing, you were just speaking the truth." JC said, as he draped his arm over her shoulder.
"The truth?" She asked, as she looked up at him.
All three men sighed heavily, as they stood around her. "Your feelings for Justin. We all know how you really feel about him. It was time you let him know. Especially after that little incident at the club."
"I'm starting to think that everyone saw that."
Wade laughed. "Nah, not everyone. Just me, JC, and Brad."
"Why does he have to be so rude all the time? Even with all the girls he talks to."
JC and Wade looked at eachother, pondering her question in their minds. They both turned to look at her, as JC spoke up. "There are just some things, that are better left unsaid."
"Why damn it, why?!" Justin yelled, throwing his gym bag across his dressing room. "Why does this always have to happen to me? Why does she have to like me?" He dropped his body on the couch, holding his head in his hands. "And why do I have like her?" He sighed heavily, his hands cupped over his mouth.
"Because she's nice, sweet, caring, loving, and beautiful."
Justin jumped to his feet, as he looked at the doorway his eyes wide with shock. "What are you doing here?"
"Well, I just came to tell you that we're gonna start rehearsing in a few minutes. And I think I just walked into some juicy gossip." Brad said, with a smug smile on his face.
"If you say anything about this to anyone, I'll beat the shit out of you."
Brad shook his head. "I won't say anything for the time being. But I just want you to know that you can't hold on to that secret forever."
"What are you talking about?"
"Shannon's not like all these other girls you've dated. She's awesome. I mean, any guy would give his left nut to be with her."
Justin sighed heavily, Brad's words pondering in his mind. "My feelings for Shannon will never be revealed. She and no one else, will never know how I feel about her. And I plan to keep it that way. So I suggest you keep your mouth shut and keep your nose out of my personal business." He brushed past Brad, as he headed towards the stage for rehearsal.
