I refuse to pledge allegiance to any flag, and hereby pledge allegiance to those ideals of a more advanced society. The United States citizens are on average either conned and manipulated or they are of the bloodletting and thieving and slave-master and prison-building type who profit so handsomely in our nations moments of despair. Most of those who pass down our rules are not even American because of the international presence of industry in our economic affairs and thereby the purchasing of our political system. The rulers by force of primitive traits know their moments of certainty have waned. It appears a new wave of unabated abuse by the ruling factions have left us war-torn on many levels, some more than others, much more war-torn, and they continue to attack.
It is like fighting a wave in the ocean, as you can see their faces, but the wave is so huge that it is apparently unstoppable, at least in the ephemeral moment. For example, we know that the government is in the business of subjugation. The USA prison population is many times larger than any other nation in the world. Why? They do not care for us and have taught many of us to attack our own, and many are targeted to be imprisoned by what are often nothing more than criminals wearing law enforcement badges. Also, an increasing wave of so-called psychiatric expertise with a cadre of drugs from questionable sources has left many normal and average people of special traits and characteristics so brain-numb that they can not function, or the government(s) have shoved them into an insane asylum because they say things the governments want to keep silent.
Many of us are under attack if we are educated and speak out on what we see and know and can predict. Our future is not bright here in America. Schwarzenegger, Governor of California, celebrated the opening of the Mexican border with the "Safe Passage" coin. Why? He does not like Mexicans except for sex or yard workers or possibly as part of a Mercenary Militia for selfish purposes or perhaps for espionage in form of a paid for insurrection on behalf of President Bush. What he wants is the dilution of American Strength and capital. America can not absorb the full population of South and Central America without losing some of its standard of living, unless the wealthy pay the expenses, and that will never happen, as even they could likely not afford the influx for a long period.
The solution on population would be to either stop the border crossings, or demand population restrictions on this continent as China had to do. Of course, with America's corrupt government, many would screw like rabbits having more offspring than ever and others would abide by the law. Also, the building of space colonies would start a wave of emigration outward, which would be beneficial.
Many of us live in terror in the USA. Corrupt lawmen locally and collusion in government have left us defeated. It is as if our enemy slithered under the barbed wire, cut a hole in the wire, and allowed an entire regiment to remove and replace our benevolent commanding officers, one by one, and then it was as if they brought in a whole other regiment to fill other positions as they killed off or sent home the foot soldiers, thereby increasing each replaced soldier's value three-times. That is what the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation did in the 1990's with massive lay-offs with some hiring and that is why the FDIC in California or New York or Florida or Texas can give bank charters to Casino operators who are in many illicit businesses or have connections to those whom are in those businesses.
The FDIC's union, the National Treasury Employees Union, controls a vast amount of power because Richard Nixon allowed the Union to expand from oversight of one agency, the IRS, to two, the IRS and Treasury. Now they oversee over a known 29 agencies. I suspect in total, they oversee around 120 agencies, including the Secret Service, who are in the banking and police business.
We are truly on our own. The common refrain is, "Every Man For Himself". The USA government is also taking guns away from the populace at an alarming rate. Keep those guns locked in a safe until needed, and stock up on ammunition. They are leaving those they find disagreeable without any protection. They want us killed if we do not follow along with their dictates or dictators.
I suspect that every significant election in America is rigged, even beyond the obvious. For instance, in the obvious, millions can not vote in various American states because they have felony records. California gives a felony for taking an orange from a grove in Orange County. Thereby you could not vote in Alabama or other state for the rest of your life if you took an orange when 18-years-old. There is no voice for the common American. We need one Public Access Broadcasting for every Local Commercial Television Station. WE need independent candidates elected from those Public Access Broadcasting broadcasts. American television is controlled by a manipulative and profit seeking group of people who do not care for your well-being or your child's well-being. They are like an invading force who accompany those politicians who behave as our mortal enemy, stripping our rights, our voices, and eventually our land and homes, just as the FDIC has already done to one Ex-Green Beret by the name of Sweeney who can be found by searching for FDIC and Sweeney.
I was give a deliberate overdose of a drug that the Veterans Administration knew I would be allergic in 2000. While under the maximum influence of the drug, I saw in a short fevered dream a group of soldiers moving in toward a government building to seize control. Was it Arnold Schwarzenegger and George Bush and their cannibalistic crews, or was it our ally, the saviors of the common American. Since that time the VA gave me a felony for moving my belongings and parking on their property. The governments have violated the Trust according to one Secret Service agent who forced me to come to a meeting after I had tried to attend a Mobile Alabama City Council and denied entry, which is a felony violation of the Sunshine Law. G.D. the government of Mobile Alabama. They have ruined the place. Trust is the basis for every Capitalistic society. We have no basis for trust, we have been stripped of our basis for community. We are no longer one.
The American Flag flown upside down and at half-mast is a sign of distress. My flag flies upside down, at half-mast, and I have drawn a black X through it to remind me that I am now disenfranchised and can not vote in my own native city because the Sheriff did not respond to an attack on my life but instead attacked me further and blocked my access to government, sent police to my home, and when I fled I was attacked by the Federal Government in my most hated city, Los Angeles, the city where I mistakenly served the bloodletters of the Federal US government. Of course the Fed was not as bad during the Reagan era, but they were getting worse, for example they were allowing more cocaine in through Customs and the Border Patrol and Los Angeles was feeling the brunt of it. Now that Sheriff, Jack Tillman, Mobile Alabama, is still in office due to a corrupted election, we should do statistical counts on every polling booth henceforth. Our enemies are among us and Jack Tillman has hired his entire family in the Mobile Alabama Sheriff's department. I am under attack everyday I am in Mobile, my native city, because of that filthy ignorant slime and its relatives in the highest offices of law in Mo-Bile. That also includes many corrupt and ignorant in federal offices. Leave the city and go to a small Northern community, East to West, if you have children. Mobile is dieing and spreads death and toxins due to corrupt governmental oversight, Federal and Local and State.
Give us liberty, freedom, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and human dignity as is expressed among the higher forms, or give us quick and merciful death, I pray. This is not a declaration of war. This is a declaration of separation from the bloody hand and minds of beast-like people and rulers. Never serve their military. I regret having trusted them at an early age more than anything, because I came to be betrayed by them, just as Caesar was by Brutus. Never Again.

Briefly, some, but not all, of the things the
illegally banned wish to address at the Mobile City council meetings are:
(1) Rule 4 of the communications with the city council at the meetings. The rule
states that a councilman can not be called by name when addressing the council
or the mayor. The rule appears to be a way to stop any negative communications
of a councilman or the mayor that would hinder his or her chance of reelection.
After all, the meetings are recorded and televised. INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITY IS
KEY IN GOVERNMENT.
Because of lack of accountability, the poor children of Mobile suffer, even into
their adulthood because of neglect by the city in their childhood.
(2) Kurt, a degreed accountant and experienced auditor, wants to audit the
accounting controls of various departments and address his findings, in the
"Sunshine" of the public view at the council meetings. Sheriff Jack Tillman in
his callous disregard was allowed open access with "no accounting controls" to
over $300,000.00 of money earmarked for inmate care. Kurt, and any other
independent auditors willing to assist, can catch flaws in the accounting
controls of that type very easily. We believe that the lack of controls
and squandering of funds is rampant in certain departments.
Kurt wants to audit the accounting controls of every "significant"
department, especially the controls of expenditures placed on various city and
county department's top officials, including the Sheriff's Department. Kurt will
do the work "for free". I
(3) The public deserves the right to know, in front of televised "Sunshine" of
the meetings, if Sheriff Jack Tillman still has the ability to unethically take
funds from any of the funds allotted for the jail and invest it in his own
accounts or expend it freely on his relatives who are in his employ at the jail.
The lack of accounting controls allowing jail funds diversion, or any other
department's funds, need to be corrected. The poor public school children go
without decent buildings, computers, and sporting and music equipment due to the
squandering of tax funds because of poor accounting controls in city and county
government.
(4) Environmental concerns are a growing problem for Mobile also. First, toxic
levels of mercury have been proven to be present in the fish of Mobile Bay and
the Gulf of Mexico. We would like to propose that a motion be taken to require
that grocery markets, fish vendors, or anyone selling fish in Mobile County,
including restaurants, publish the Environmental Protection Agency's "average"
mercury content in the various species of fish while they are on display or on
the menu and that the public be notified of all health risks. After all,
mercury is a debilitating neurotoxin and many Mobilians have an above-average
consumption of mercury-laden predator fish of the Gulf of Mexico.
(5) Noise pollution is a problem in many areas of the city and the EPA no longer
has a department to handle noise pollution. The county commission seems to want
to silence those individuals with noise pollution complaints and thereby they
turn a dear ear to noise complaints from residents near the airport, and inner
city rail yards, etc. I will consult with citizens who have complaints in
various areas of the city and see what can be done by researching how other more
advanced cities have handled the issues. In particular, some cities in more
enlightened and advanced areas outside of Mobile AKA "The Village of The
Damned", have instituted flight restrictions of aircraft and they have also
instituted ordinances that restrict inner-city train horn noise to the hours of
6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
(6) On another pertinent issue, WE MUST ASK, WHY IS THE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND
STATE NOT HONORED IN THE MEETINGS? It would not be
an issue except it makes the prayer giver seem like
they are God-Sent, and that is a load of Bull-s---.
(6) Also, we need to discuss the issue of Disenfranchisement and what can be
done. Many people in Alabama are barred from voting due to having alleged
criminal records. The problem is especially severe in the African American
population where 31-percent of black men can not vote in the state of Alabama
due to disenfranchisement, which is nothing more than a relic of disempowerment
from the slave era of the United States. The link below verifies some of the
ongoing atrocity. Do the city representatives care? Are they willing to help
enact legislation to place a referendum on the ballot to do away with the
slave-era practice of disenfranchisement, which has been eliminated throughout
the industrial world, with the exception of the United States, and which many
African Americans and other economically deprived groups, including caucasians,
suffer in Alabama.

(7) Public School Education, grades 1-12, is our major concern. Why are
Mobile's public schools left to flounder in the dark ages of ignorance and
poverty? Is it lack of funding or selective under funding? If we take
appropriate action we can erase the travesty of Mobile's public education
system.
After auditing and reviewing the accounts and accounting controls of Mobile,
Kurt or one of his associates will consult with city accountants and auditors
and propose what funds can be correctly directed to the city's poor public
school children. I say poor children because the conscientious upper-class and
middle-class parents of Mobile county usually send their children to expensive
and elite private schools. We intend to close the education divide first and
foremost between the rich and poor of Mobile, Alabama AKA the "Village of The
Damned".
(8) Huge pork barrel construction contracts seem to be going out to a favored
contractor repeatedly. We will review the controls on the bidding system of
construction contracts to ensure fair and beneficial awards of construction
contracts are granted and verify that the cost of large construction contracts
are comparable to other contracts nationwide, thereby ensuring that no price
gouging or kickbacks are involved. Any issues discovered and uncorrected, we
will address in front of the "Sunshine" and cameras of the city council.
