This template is free for both private and commercial use. You can edit it as much as you want. No link or information about the designer is necessary.
If you don't know how to edit the template, or you don't have time we can do that for you. For only $10 USD we will make changes (color scheme, fonts, menu and more!) the way you like it and create few pages putting your text in it.
