Drew
Barrymore has been referred to as "Hollywood's true comeback
kid". Barrymore was written off at an early age due to her
risque' lifestyle, drug addiction and wild short-term marriage.
There was a time when Drew would not be touched by producers or
directors. Thankfully, Drew Barrymore, now Drew Barrymore Green
has come out on top of the world as a "blonde bombshell for the
Gen X generation". Drew Blythe Barrymore was born February 22nd, 1975 in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of actor John Drew Barrymore, Jr. and Ildiko Jaid and her grandparents were actors John Barrymore and Dolores Costello. Various versions of Drew's life can be found in internet publications and in books. Including "Little Girl Lost", which was written by Drew at the age of 14. The common theme throughout is Drew's voyage into drugs, alcohol and the wild Hollywood nights. Recently, Drew has married Tom Green and is planning a cameo in Charlie's Angels 2. Although, she won't be a main character, fans still look forward to seeing her. The newlyweds are planning a family soon according to recent reports. I admire Drew's uniqueness, character, personality and wish her continuing joy in life! Thank you Drew for being an excellent role model and truly being yourself. |
