David Boreanaz is a native to Philadephia, Pennsylvania where his father David Sr. is a weatherman for WPVI, a local news station. The acting bug bite him when he was 7 & he saw Yul Brynner in the play "The King & I" while it was on tour in Philadelphia. After that David took an active part in school plays throughout grade & high school. He later graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in film. After he graduated college, he moved to Los Angeles, California to start a career in acting.

While in Los Angeles, David lived the typical life of an aspiring actor. He made his ways by working odd jobs such as parking cars, selling frozen food door-to-door, & painting houses. Even though he was working hard trying to make it big it was one walk he took with his dog Bertha Blue that got him discovered & made him a star.

The role that helped him hit it big was playing Kelly Bundy's boyfriend on the TV show "Married...With Children". After playing a few sort lived parts on movies & TV series then he was casted for the part of an Irish vampire Angelus on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".

His role as Angel on "Buffy" got it's own fan base & the creators of Buffy decided to give him his own show. In the fall of 1999 the season preimere of "Angel" aired. It can now be seen on Tuesdays 9 pm eastern time on the WB. He recently stared in his first big screen movie "Valentine".

In David's personal life he cherish's his family & friends more than anything. He considers his dad his best friend. He was married to Ingrid Quinn, an aspiring screen writer, for two years but divorced in 1999. David recently married former playmate, Jamie Bergman.

David's career as an actor is just starting. He has a very hopeful career ahead of him & a TV series with lasting quality that will help excell him to the top as one of Hollywood's most cherished actors.
