It's simple
Step One: Decide on design(s) that you would like done
Step Two: Decide on a day that would suit you (please give me atleast a weeks notice and make sure you can spare a few hours, depending on the design)
Step Three: E-mail me with the design's code name (found on the "My Designs" page), day, and most importantly your contact details!!
Step Four: Await my call to arrange the time & details of your appointment
