Sad Susan
One Day I was hanging out at the mall and this girl was curled up in a ball in the corner underneath a pay phone(I'm calling her "Susan" for her privacy). I felt so abd for her that I walked up to her and said, "Hey, are you okay?"
At first she just screamed, "GO AWAY!" but she realized I hadn't left so she looked up at me and said, "Why do you care? No one else cares and you don't even know me."
I sat down next to her and we started talking. It turns out she just got off the phone with her (ex)boyfriend. She said they were engaged to get married because he got her pregnant but he just broke up with her because he said she looked "too fat pregnant." As if there is another way to look when you have another person inside of you! We talked for a LONG time and she finally felt better. After that we were talking about baby names. It was kind of weird making friends with a pregnant 16 year old who was crying in the mall. I got a call from Susan about three days ago and she said that she fell down the stairs and lost the baby. She was so upset that she tried to kill herself and she said if I told anyone that it wouldn't matter and she would kill herself anyway. Needless to say I told my mom, but she didn't believe me, nor did anyone else.
