The food items/recipes will be laid out with calorie counts and ingredient lists.* If you would like to submit a recipe please send it to the address at the bottom of the page.

NOTICE!

****as I am still a bit rusty w/my HTML if you would like to access any of the currently posted recipes you will have to right click on the hyperlink and select open in new window. Thank you****

* As most of the recipes on this page are randomly submitted I cannot guarantee calorie counts nor origin of the recipe if you see a recipe that belongs to you let me know and I will gladly give you credit, or remove the recipe if that is your desire, however I do ask that you give some evidence that the recipe does indeed originate w/you.

**also recipes that I have put together and counted out cals and so forth will have a double asterisks next to them.  On the page where the recipe is displayed I will add in a section w/my comments or suggestions.  I will also gladly accept reviews from other people who have tried these recipes and the suggestions or issues they may have to voice.

I have no links as of yet if you would be interested in linking to my site then give me an E-mail and I'll see what I can do.  :)
