I know alot of you already know about this great label but for those who may not i want to spread the word,so pay attention your in for some wonderful info an just maybe i can spark your interest enough that you will make a purchase an well once you have heard even one of the amazingly talented bands on this label you will want to buy them all.


Mr.Lady is owned an operated by Kaia Wilson & Tammy Rae Carland. They started this label for a number of reasons,they felt that there weren't enough women &/or dyke run record labels and even fewer affordable an accessable means of distributing work by independent video artists and film makers.(*quote taken from Mr.Lady website)

They have many incredible musicians on their label an even though i havent had a chance to see any of their bands live yet which i am sulking about but am hoping to see some of them soon,i can tell you just from word of mouth from some of my friends who have seen these bands live that they are ROCKIN' an you shouldnt miss the chance to see any of them.


Some of the bands on the label are: the Butchies,Kaia Wilson,Tami Hart,Le Tigre,Doria Roberts,the Haggard an many more.. you should check out their website an catalog an order some music while your there,if you enjoy great,energetic,fun, insightful,inspiring,passionate music then you better get some music from these bands & by doing so you will be supporting independent musicians which is a great thing to do & you will have discovered some new music an be as blown away by it as i have been.
