Zanshin Shotokan is a very traditional style of karate focusing on developing maximum power and strength in our techniques.Zanshin was founded by the late Sensei Frank Nowak 6th Dan. Sensei Frank was proud of the fact that his karate lineage could be traced through his teacher Sensei H. Kanazawa, 9th Dan, and the late Sensei Nakayama, 9th Dan, directly to Gichin Funakoshi Sensei who is acknowledged as the pioneer of modern Karate-do.
