I don't know how you did it nor when it happened, but you have captured this elusive heart of mine. You came into my life and opened up feelings long closed off. Now you invade my dreams and thoughts and I have hopes for tomorrow. You encourage me to do things I normally would just think about. You have opened a whole new door for me. And it is wonderful. It is you I want to share the rest of my life with. Nothing seems important anymore. The things I held dear, now seem like nothing compared to you. I imagine how it would be to wake up next to you. To have you walk through the door after a hard day of work and put my arms around you and welcome you home. I wonder how it would be to have you kiss me and to touch me. To have us make love till the sun comes up. To walk side by side and face all that the world throws at us. Working together to build a strong loving relationship that nothing can tear away. No man has ever touched my heart this way before. And it is wonderful and yet scarey at the same time. I find myself telling you things I have told no other. And trusting you with all of my heart and my feelings.
I just know in my heart and soul that you are the perfect one for me. My spirit has told me this from the first time I met you. I would hear this little voice saying, " he is the one." Much as I tried to get this out of my head and heart-----I have not been able to. For I feel that this is written in the great book in the sky. You are the only one that fits the prayers I have made. You are the one with all the qualities that I asked for in a man. I never thought that anyone existed with all these qualities. And yet here you are and you appear to have them all.
I dream of the time that I will get to spend with you. And I hope and pray that it wont take forever. You have built a fire inside me that rages on. And only you can put it out. Never will you have to worry about another taking me from you. Never will you have to worry if my love for you has changed. The only change it will ever be will be to become stronger. Never will you have to worry that I might leave you. I will be beside you till the end and I will go to the ends of the earth with you. And forever I will be there with and for you.
