He chose this moment to abandon his seat by the wall and take the one next to her. Without a word, he sat down, rested his head on his hand, and stared intently. She did her best to ignore this for a time, before slowly turning her head to face him. He slowly broke into a grin.

"What the hell are you staring at?" She asked him in mock anger and annoyance.

"You. Something wrong?" He continued to stare. She shifted in her seat.

"No….not really." She paused, and stared back. "Stop it! You're freaking me out!" He chuckled slightly, before standing up and walking to the door. She just watched, totally unaware what he was planning. He looked at her expectantly before speaking.

"You coming, or what?"

"coming where?"

"Where-ever we're going."

"Which is?" she said, rising from her seat.

"I don't know yet. Where-ever we end up."

"Okay…so you don't know where you're going to take me?" she walked out the door with him. He smiled, looking down.

"Nope." She sighed.

"Not even a clue?"

"Absolutely not. You'll see when we get there."

"But I thought you said you didn't know where we were going?"

"I have some idea."

"And you can't tell me?"

"Don't take this the wrong way, but shut up." He stopped on the street to gauge her reaction. She just glared at him, before he took her hand and started to talk again. She was utterly convinced that she couldn’t be mad at this man at all. It was literally impossible, as far as she could tell.

They walked, seemingly without aim, as the sun continued to rise over the city. He lead her down streets and through parks, neither of them making any effort to converse, simply enjoying the company, silent as it was. Slowly, the streets became busy with people eager to catch buses, and jet off to various jobs or whatever other places they needed to be. Finally, after being extremely tired, Aimee spoke up.

"Can we go back to the hotel, or just sit, or something? I'm kinda tired…I mean, I didn’t sleep, you didn’t let me finish my coffee and we’ve got a plane to-"

"Remember what I told you before about rambling? You do it too much. Silence is golden."

"Well, can we go back or not?"

"Look up." She did. To her amazement, they had ended up back at the hotel anyways. Turning her head towards him, she glared for a second before walking towards the stairs, pulling him with her.

"What if I don't wanna go back in?" raven said, almost childlike, testing her nerves and letting her hand slip from his.

"Then don't come." He grinned at her, stopping on the stairs for a second, then grabbing her hand again, and walking into the hotel. They got halfway through the lobby before someone starting yelling at Aimee. She turned around to see Lenny standing behind them, a confused look on his face.
