She looked up to face him, resting her face on his chest. "I guess…" she started. "There’s not much to do."
"You’re sure you want in on it?" he asked her worriedly. "I can take care of it alone if you’re not up to it."
"Why wouldn’t I be?"
"It’s just that Ravens the nasty sort," he propped her up to face him, whispering his words carefully. "He’s not one to be fooled easily."
Spider grabbed Kaels beer bottle, taking a sip before focusing her attention back to him. "I can handle Raven. I know what he wants…"
Kael gritted his teeth, snatching his beer from her. "So do I!"
Spider caressed his face, easing the anger away. He kissed her palm softly as she nestled closer to him again. "The faster we do this, the faster everything can be over…"
"I know," Kael agreed cutting her off, "but I didn’t want it like this. I just hope everything goes right."
"So do I…"
"You know if he hurts you, he’s dead right?" Kael threatened, a bit louder this time.
Spider only nodded, entwining her fingers in his. "Hell Kael, I’ll even help."

That night had dragged by for everyone involved, every minute felt like an hour. Christian had gotten to the Black Out late that night, and was hoping to find Gabrielle. After the night before, he was sure she’d want to be with him, but there was no sign of her or Raven. He had stuck around for a few hours but when he saw no one he knew, gave up and went home.
He had settled into bed early that night, well, early for him. It was just after 2am when he had fallen asleep. He hoped Gabrielle may have wanted to come to the house again, but Christian had fallen asleep waiting. He had only been asleep about an hour when the phone next to his bed began ringing uncontrollably, waking him up.
Christian turned on his bedside lamp, rubbing at his eyes as he reached for the phone. "Hello."
"Christian? …"
He sat up quickly, hearing the pain in her voice. "Gabrielle is that you?"
"Christian, I need to see you," she pleaded faintly. "I’m scared."
"Of what?" he asked rapidly, almost yelling into the phone. "Where are you?"
"I’m at a payphone downtown..."
He heard her pause for a second; a wave of panic came over him. "Gabrielle?"
"Someone’s coming," she whispered frantically. "I’ll be in the sewer lines under the old hall on Burbank, please hurry." Then she hung up, leaving him to wonder what had happened. She turned to Spider and Kael, eyeing them both. She nodded heatedly as she neared them.
Spider grabbed Kael, kissing his lips gently. "It’s show time."
Kael felt her fingers slowly slipping through his, watching Spider dash away, then turned and reluctantly left with Gabrielle.

Raven was asleep when she crept in, pushing past the metal gate. She stepped into his room, tugging on his dark covers. Little by little, the covers peeled off his body, exposing him to the cold air. Raven rolled over onto his back, feeling someone’s body hovering over him… straddling him.
He ran his rough hands over her hips, opening his eyes, expecting to see Gabrielle. His smile widened when he saw Spiders eyes staring back at him.
"Look at you…" Spider trailed off. She crawled higher up his tight body, gripping his wrists and pinning them above his head.
Raven licked at his lips, adjusting his body beneath hers. "What are you doing here?"
"I don’t know…" she smiled.
"You know what I think?"
"No," she cut in shrewdly. "And I don’t care. I really don’t want to think right now." She kissed his bare chest, biting softly on his nipple. She heard him let out a subtle moan, and continued up his chest.
"Where’s Kael?" he asked between breaths.
She stopped, looking up at him. "At home, at the bar, I don’t know…I can leave if you want?" She let go of his arms, pulling herself off his waist.
"No wait," he urged grabbing at her arms swiftly. "Stay."
She kissed him hungrily, first is neck, then his chest. He wrapped his massive arms around her, pulling her closer. Spider grabbed his chest, thrusting him down harshly back onto his pillows. "Ah, ah," she teased. "We do this my way." She pulled his arms back over his head again, holding onto them tight as she went down to his neck again, sucking on it wildly. Spider could feel her fangs start to extend. She nipped at him, licking up the trail of blood. She smiled to herself. It was surprisingly sweet.
Raven grabbed at her again, not being able to control his thoughts as he flipped her over on the bed, hovering over her. He pulled on her shirt as his lips came down on her neck. Spider wrapped her long legs around his waist, pulling him closer to her. She knew that he was ready. She could feel it.
Spider pulled her arms to his chest, pushing him off of her again, laughing playfully. She sucked at her bottom lip, tasting the last drops of his blood. His eyes watched her as she got up, she could see the lust in them.
"I wanna have a little fun," she smiled wickedly at him, staring to walk out towards the gate again. She turned back to face him, still laying there on the bed. "Well come on."
Raven got up, following her into the sewer lines. He rested his hands on her hips, his fingers pushing softly into the band of her panties. They came to the end of the dark tunnel, a caged unit there waiting, where the old meters use to be.
She opened the gate, climbing into the bulky enclosure. She turned to face him, her body pressing against the cold bars. "You’re not afraid are you?"
Raven scratched at his beard contently as she turned her back from him, rubbing her body down the cage that separated them. Raven hurried in to join her, pulling her up to face him. He picked her up, holding her waist in his arms as he pressed her back into the cage wall. She wrapped her legs around him again as he dug his face into her neck.
Christian walked further into the sewer lines, stopping when he smelt Gabrielle’s soft perfume, then quickened his pace. He was coming up to the end of the hall where Gabrielle told him to meet her. Her scent was stronger and stronger by the second. "Gabrielle…" he called softly, turning the corner.
He stopped, his eyes focusing on the scene in front of him.
Spider turned her head to meet his. "Christian," she smiled, running her hands on the bars above her. "There’s enough room in here for three…"
Raven put her down slowly, keeping his body pressed on hers as he watched Christian. "What are you doing here?"
Christian opened his mouth to answer but stopped, hearing footsteps behind him. He turned slowly, hoping it wasn’t Gabrielle as the shadow emerged from the darkness. Kael walked closer, a crossbow in each hand as he neared the cage.
Kael smiled to himself, tightening his grip as he pointed the crossbows to both Christian and Raven. "Now step out of the cage love…"
