Edge hurried into his living, finding both Gabrielle and Christian watching the ending of a movie. "Good you’re both here…" he started nervously.

"Edge what is it?" Gabrielle asked, getting up to face him. "Are you ok?"

"I’m fine," he told them trying to catch his breath, and turned to Christian.

"When I went out earlier, I had this funny feeling, like someone or something from our past was there…watching me. I don’t know what it meant or if it was nothing, but it was strong, and I want you guys to keep on guard. If what I’m feeling is right, then all of us could be in some serious trouble."

"What kind of trouble?" his brother asked him, part of him beginning now to feel it too.

"I don’t know Christian, but what I’m telling you is be careful."

She remembered what Raven had told her as she walked into the ‘BlackOut’. An eye for an eye. Edge had killed his brother, and what would be more perfect revenge than Edges own brother dying at the hands of one of Ravens own?

She walked deeper into the Blackout, passing several people before spotting Christian sitting by himself in one of the corner booths. She adjusted her small black tube top before going over to him. She stood over his table waiting for him to look up. She smiled when she caught his eyes on her. "Hey, Christian right?"

He looked at her reluctantly, not knowing what to think. "Yeah," he muttered softly, it really being the only thing he could think to say.

She sat down, across him in the booth, smiling intently at him. "I wanted to apologize for the other night…I was feeling a little under the weather when we came over and if I seemed rude, I apologize." She smiled at him again, a warm smile that easily made him drop his guard.

"It’s ok," he said laughing, taking a quick sip of his beer. "We were all feeling a little hectic."

She smiled, starting to get up. "I don’t want to bother you, so I’ll be going…"

"No," he cut in quickly, placing his hand over hers, stopping her. "You’re not bothering me."

Kendall sat back down, smiling, leaning on the booth board behind her, satisfied that her little plan was working.

Christian took a sip of his beer, watching her smile. It was illuminating. He shook his head and laughed when he left himself starting to get a bit flustered. "So where’s Kael?"

"I don’t know," she lied, taking a sip of his beer. "At home I guess. We don’t spend every moment together… You know how it is?"

He laughed, lying a bit of his own. "Yea I know." He looked over at the waiters running around then over at the busy bartender. He got up, picking up his empty bottle. "What can I get ya?"

"A beer is fine."

Christian walked over to the bar, ordering a few drinks for the both of them.

This was her chance. She looked at all the people around her, too busy in their own little worlds to realize just what was happening. She opened up the ring, lifting the stone that covered up a small hollow space. "That’s it," she heard Raven’s voice coaxing her as she poured the grainy white powder into his beer glass, swirling what was left of his beer with her fingernail. She set the glass back in its spot and leaned back once again just as Christian had arrived.

Raven would definitely be proud of her. She smiled, knowing that Raven was watching over her cautiously.

A Short time later Christian found himself staring carefully into the bottom of his beer glass, his head spinning wildly as he focused his already blurry vision on her. The powder Raven had given her had worked even faster than she had imagined. He grinned wickedly as he placed his shaken hands over hers. "Maybe we should get out of here?"

She caught his glare, smiling at him before getting up herself. "Maybe we should."

Christian placed one arm over her shoulders, balancing himself as they stumbled out. Kendall helped him out to the alley, sitting him down a grate, looking around quickly.

Christian brought his hands to the sides of his head, moaning softly. "Damn my head hurts…" he muttered to her. "I’m gonna feel like shit in the morning."

Raven sat at home, his arms together over his broad chest. He cracked a smile as his visions showed him just what was in place for Christian.

"Nice…" Raven’s voice took over her thoughts as she walked closer towards Christian.

Christian placed his hands on her hips, his head to heavy to pick up.

"Do it, do it now. Finish him." Raven screamed into her head. "For his sins of the past… Kill him now Kendall."

Christian got up slowly, mumbling a show tune under his breath as he tried to walk a straight line that had been scratched into the concrete, trying to keep his balance at the same time.

She grinned, turning to face him, the anger consuming her every movement and thought. Her loose hair fell wildly over her face as Christian walked over to her, resting his forehead tiredly on her shoulder. "I’m so tired," Christian whispered over to her. "I just want to go to sleep."

He looked up to face her, her fangs piercing out furiously, a soft growling sound escaping her throat. She could feel her palms start to tighten every second as the darkness filled her up even more.

"What are you waiting for?" Raven’s voice echoed. "Kill him!"

Kendall stepped away from Christian, backhanding him, sending Christian

flying into the corner. He crashed down hard on a pile of metal trashcans as she stalked her way over to her new prey, always hearing Raven’s words of approval. She climbed over him, straddling his body with her own as he tried to fight back. Kendall ripped at his flesh with her sharp nails, before turning her attention to his neck, biting it ferociously. She sucked on his tender neck, feeling satisfied with all the blood she was taking from him, when Raven’s voice crept over her once again.

"Make him suffer Kendall! Before you kill him, make him suffer. Let Christian feel what’s coming to him."

Kendall looked up slowly, Christian’s blood dripping from her lips as her eyes caught a glimpse of a long frayed rope down the alley. She smiled intently as she rose to go retrieve it. That could definitely help.
