"What the fuck did you do to her?" He shouted, waking Christian, if not succeeding in sobering him up. He started at Edge without remembrance, and Edge only jerked his head back more. "What did you do to Gabrielle?" Christian clenched his eyes shut with pain, barely able to remember a thing.
"Edge - " Christian pleaded with him to release his grip, eyes watering. "I - I can't remember!"
"You raped her! You goddamn little - Why?" Christian winced as Edge pulled him up out of the chair, twisting his hair painfully.
"I…What?"
"Raped her!" Edge told him, yelling furiously. "Why, Christian? She loved you as much as anyone, more even! Why would you do it?" Christian met his brothers gaze with confusion. He remembered going into Gabrielle's room, but nothing after. He couldn't even remember how he got in the kitchen.
"Edge, let me go! I don't remember!"
"You're telling me you don't remember what happened an hour ago?" His grip began to loosen, and Christian relaxed a bit.
"No…I went out drinking and…" Edge let go. Christian rubbed the back of his head, and dropped to the chair. Edge sat beside him.
"You don't remember at all?" Christian shook his head and stared down at the table, trying to think.
"I know I went into her room…" He told Edge slowly, "But the rest is a haze… How did you know?" Edge frowned.
"I felt it…her pain. I was in the club and I could feel her being…violated." Christian shuddered.
"I'm..I didn't mean to…"
"Tell her that." Edge said, coldly, rising from the table. "But you know you've already been forgiven." Christian looked at him as he left, turning around to add one last thought. "And you know we're both only second to Kael."
