This is Silvio Rocha.  He is Sandra's little brother.  He is 15 years old.  He's basically a movie buff and a player.  He also likes Conan O'Brien, Star Wars, The Matrix and Stabbing Westward.

Here's a picture of me giving Sivio noogies on the night of high school graduation.  Sivio is a super cool guy.  He's like a brother to me.  He's 'da man... and single too!  Hahaha!
