1 can of lemonade concentrate

1 can of orange concentrate

10 cups water

2 cans sprite

1 cup sugar

a lil bit of vanilla and almond extract

1/2 shot Dark Creme de Coco

1/2 shot Brandy

1/2 shot Kalhua

1/2 shot Pure Cream

Blend with 1 cup of Ice

(drink should resemble a thick milk shake)

BiBob's "Fuzz Buzzers"

2 large peaches (remove pits ), 6oz of lime aid, vodka (amount = to your taste , start with 6oz ), and a hand full of strawberries.

Add in blender , add appox. same amount in ice to blender, blend ...... enjoy ! Great summer pool side drink.

Champagne Punch (makes 2 quarts)

ingredients:

1 orange, peeled and serperated into sections
6 maraschino cherries
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup maraschino liqueur
1/2 cup curacao
1 quart champagne chilled
1 pint club soda chilled

1. Place the oranges in a large punch bowl. Stir in the cherries, lemon juice, brandy, maraschino liqueur, and curacao. Refrigerate the bowl for at least an hour.

2. Just before serving, pour the champagne and club soda into the punch bowl. Stir briefly and serve.

Adagio Teas

MELON COOLER (serves 8)

ingredients:

8 lbs. watermelon
5 lbs. cantaloupe
Small melon wedges and fresh mint leaves for garnish.

1. Remove the watermelon flesh from the rind. Seed the flesh and cut it into large cubes. Quarter the cantaloupe and cut off the rind. Cut the cantaloupe flesh into large chucks.

2. Place the watermelon and catanloupe in a food processor or blender and process until pureed. Strain the puree into a pitcher, cover, and let refrigerate until well chilled. At serving time, stir well and garnish each glass with a skewer of melon wedges and mint leaves.

After Dinner Drink

 

Take chocolate chip mint ice cream and blend with a liberal quantity of Brandy (Christian Bros. or some other inexpensive Kali brand)

great drink, or serve a lil thicker as desert

Pineapple-Orange Colada

 

*optional: 1/4 cup rum
1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks or 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1/2 cup frozen pina colada concentrate or pineappple juice
2 cups frozen orange sherbet
*optional: Please feel free to add berries or melons. For every halfcup of fruit add about 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice or apple juice.

*optional: If you have not added the rum to this recipe add wheat germ, powdered ginseng or any other supplement that you like to add to drinks.

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, scrapping down sides when necessary.
