feedback, so here it is again...)
I was brought up in a Christian family. Church every Sunday morning. For some
reason, even as a small child, I hated Sunday mornings. Just the thought of
getting all dressed up, to sit in a hot, stuffy church to be bored out of my
mind. I never really "heard" anything that was said.
Now that I'm older, I see the truth. I was raised to believe in this perfect God
risen from the dead, supposed to save our dirty souls. Like a fairy tale, he's
come to make everything perfect. The so-called "Christian people";
hypocrites. These same people judge you by the way you look; your life.
Dedicating their lives to this God.
I was taught that if you didn't go to church every Sunday, if you didn't pray
every day, if you didn't "behave" the way HE wanted you to, then you
would go to the "bad" place...HELL. OR, when God comes back on earth,
you will be left behind to live under Satan's rule.
Where is your God now? If he were here, why is our world so fucked up? This God
lets the good people of the world die and the bad live. Every day, gang bangers
killing innocent people for no reason. Where is HE now, when our world is going
so wrong? They are so blind. They want to believe that "what doesn't kill
us, makes us stronger". Why would God let such violence inflict so many
innocent victims and let the unholy live in peace? Why would your God let the
world be ruined by hate?
A false sense of hope. People will let their dying children suffer through pain
and agony with no medical help. Believing in prayer; God will heal their broken
bodies. Where are those children now? Six feet under the ground. So, they think
up more excuses. "It's just their time to go". Excuses and more
excuses. Heaven would be a nice thought. Just a false sense of security. When
they're dead, their soul will be in the ground with the rest of their body,
slowly rotting away.
Whey are they so blind? Why is it that people with the brains of a genius,
believe in some being, that lives up in the sky, and cannot be seen? He must be
up there with the Easter Bunny, Santa Clause and the Tooth Fairy. Of course,
they don't believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, or the Tooth Fairy. Yet
they believe in God? There is no difference.
Why should anyone have to dedicate their lives to worship one "man"?
No one should worship anyone but themselves.
These are purely my beliefs. I do not try to push my beliefs on anyone. A lot of
people go around condemning Christians, setting churches on fire...etc. Why?
It's not doing any good. It's pathetic on your part. We all want people to
respect out own beliefs. We do not want to be judged on whether we worship Satan
or do not believe in anything at all. We do not want to be judged by what we
look like, the type of music we listen to, or anything. We just want people to
respect what we believe in and not put us down for it. So, what right do we have
to judge them and/or put them down for their beliefs? It's a sign if weakness.
Are you so insecure about your own beliefs that you have to go bash someone else's?
Does it make you feel strong? Does it make you feel like a "manly
man"? Nope. It makes you look like a big hypocrite.
The only thing that pisses me off, is when Christians try to push their beliefs
on me. Don't tell me that I'm going to rot in hell, or that my soul can be
saved. Leave me alone and I'll leave you alone. Plain and simple.....
