Manifest Magazine:

Not Underground, But You Can See It From Here

The Manifest was founded, though not necessarily intentionally, in the tradition of small town newspapers and journals, with the desire to give a voice to those who don’t have a degree in journalism or broadcasting, as well as those who do. It exists as a place for people to share their thoughts on any personally significant subject, from the grandest piece of world news to the slightest local trifle. In speaking our minds we tell the story of our lives – of the common, average, everyday human saga. The story of humanity is most worthy or our time and effort; it is the tie that binds the greats and the mediocrities. It is the experience we deal with every day, wondering if we, as people, share common experiences and feeling. Who better to analyze this story than the people who live it?
