By submitting work to this site whether it be poetry, short stories, rants, or anything else that you feel like submitting you hereby agree to the following:

1. You will not be paid for your submissions even if they are selected to be displayed on the site. Likewise the owner of the site is not in anyway making money from the material you submit.
2. Your work is just that, your work. Along with the displayed submissions your name whether real or pen will be shown. Submissions without names will not be accepted.
3. The owner of the site is not responsible for the coping of your work. By submitting articles you yourself run the risk of someone else coping your work and claiming it as their own.
4. The owner of this site bears no responsibility for any damage done to your work or person should any harm come about due to your submission.
5. You understant that your submissions are just that, submissions. Not all submissions will be put on the site. The owner of the site is not responsible for any ill feelings on your half doe not being published. Please try to understand that space is limited and for that reason what is put on the site is limited.
6. Terms of Service are due to change. It is your responsibility to make sure you agree to all of the above before submitting your work. By agreeing to the Terms of Service you are also agreeing that the owner of the site bears no legal responsibility what-so-ever for anything that may come about due to your submitting work to be published. The owner of the site also has the right to reject work for any reasons that she deems.
