Cleaning your hair piece |

Many people have asked what are the "mirror slide" and the "carpet slide" in regards to cleaning your hair piece.In response I put this tutoral together, as in anything, please use restraint and be very gentle with your hairpiece, it is always good to have 2 or more spares. |

Take a mirror or a piece of glass |
|

Place your piece bottom down against the glass and slowly slide it |
|
|
Press firmly but gently a few times until the glue appears on the mirror |
|
|
It will leave streaks like this |

| Use a citrus or a cleaning agent like Desolvit to clean the mirror |
|
|
Now the carpet slide is along the same manner except the carpet or stair tread picks up the glue |

Be very gentle |
|
|
the bottom of the base will look like this with just a few globs of glue here and there, now I use Super Solv from Telesis to remove the excess |

Soak it in the bowl for about 15 minutes |

, I like the Super Solv because it is made for hair products, drain the excess liquid back into the bottle using a funnel, it should be good to re-use again several times. next lessons coming up, Shampooing, conditioning and removing that bloody tag |
