Everyones hero and all round favourite player, both domestically for Sunderland and the Republic of Ireland.Nialls ability to control a football has been mainly down to too factors,(a) Nialls Height @ 6 ft 3" & (b) Nialls skill as a footballer in general.

Niall began his career playing for the Dublin hurling team before dedicating his chosen career to soccer. Quinn's continuing involvement in the Republic of Ireland set-up is crucial for Mick McCarthy. Some out there might feel that his Irish career has been less than convincing, that he was a target man for Big Jack and not much else. But Quinn is a survivor above everything else and he is currently playing the best football of his life. He'll be around for a while yet!
