***Queen of Cheap!***   I admit it, I am a self-proclaimed queen....Queen of Cheap that is! (That's pronounced "sh'eap"for the layman, It's a French term...didn't you know? ;o)  ) Aside from my love of music, movies and art, I like to get free stuff, great deals and bargains. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a freeloader, and I most definately think that there are moments when we have to splurge.
