Subject: Ebay seller
Good Morning, Saw your site and wanted to tell my story. Don't know what info I can
give you as this seller has supposedly been removed from E-bay at this time, but, it
still burns my butt that he got my 76.80 and I didn't get my coats. His name is
pacificsales1@aol.com. I purchased 3 coats for my kids for christmas back in Nov 2002.
Paid him thru paypal 19.95 each for 2 coats, 29.95 for one, and 6.95 for shipping.
When I didn't get them I sent countless emails...he always said he'd get back to me,
but didn't. He sent me FedEx tracking numbers (2 of them) but those numbers were
never received by FedEx (and those were submitted after Paypal contacted him). I
filed a complaint with ebay...all they did (seems I wasn't the only one with
complaints) was kick him off. I also complained to Paypal. They got me a refund of
14.87 and told me........oh well. Finally, I got one jacket (2nd week of January)
and kinda counted my losses. But, ya know what...what do I tell my other 2 kids?
Anyway, that is my story...just still mad about the whole thing.
