Now I lay me down to sleep
The king-size bed is soft and deep
I sleep right in the center groove
My human being can hardly move!
I' ve trapped her legs, she's tucked in tight
And here is where I pass the night
No one disturbs me or dares intrude
Till morning comes and "I want food!"
I sneak up slowly to begin
My nibbles on my human's chin.
For the morning's here and it's time to play
I always seem to get my way.
So thank you Lord for giving me
This human person that I see.
The one who hugs and holds me tight
And shares my bed with me at night!
**I have been given the most wonderful gift of having such loving & loyal dogs in my life.They have not only become my best friends but also members of my family.They have given so many things to me without asking for anything in return.They have kept me warmth at night,lent an ear when I needed someone to talk to,always open to giving great big hugs when I needed comfort & always making me smile with their crazy expressions and behaviours.I would have been so lonely without any of them in my life & that is why they hold a VERY special place in my heart that never will be forgotten.**
This is my dog Benji. He was the dog that I grew up with until the age of eight. He was a German Shepard and Collie mix. Benji was a great dog, he was always loyal and willing to eat ANYTHING off your plate. Benji we love you!

This is my dog Bear. She was a Collie mix. We got her from the Human Society & you could never have asked for a better dog! She came into our lives making us laugh right from the start with her big tongued smile. She had such a loving & friendly personality. She kept me company every night by my bed and helped us through the difficult times in our life. I love and miss you Bear!

This is my dog Taffie. Her and Bear were best friends. Taffie is a five and a half year old Golden Retriever. She humors the family with her hyper personality and eagerness to play. She can always be found running to get her "Bunny Toy" and bringing it back for you to throw. She always makes me laugh because she has the personality of a queen always wanting things done her way. I love my little Dinosaur head (my nickname for her).

Our beloved Queen
This is mine and Scott's dog Tippy. She is a Boarder Collie Shorthair. She has just turned a year and is spunky as ever. We got her right before we got married when she was a puppy and boy was that an adventure! She taught us the meaning of teething and lots, lots and lots of puppy kisses. She is my little baby that I totally have made in to a "mommys suck" and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love the little rascal.
