Fun In The Sun-Myrtle Beach Party

OK, folks. Break those dancing shoes in—we’ve started working on our next party. Free your schedules up for Thursday, October 6th through Sunday, October 9th of 2005! We’re hitting the beach, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, that is. We found a great resort with lots of amenities for the par-tay , and we’re going to be a little more organized than the last party. Some of the changes for our party this year include:

• Organized events, including
• Meet and Greet with a DJ and game show games and prizes
• Private party, complete with our own DJ
• Pool Parites
• Golf outing
• Buffet dinner
• A sunset cruise with enterainment
• Door prizes (so far: A dinner for 2 at Papa's Restaurant,
  a free night’s stay at the resort, spa services,
  and free admission to the golf outing.)
• registration fee for participants

We want this party to be fun, and have more to offer participants. Part of the reason for our nominal registration fee of $60.00 is so we can get a more reliable count, which is imperative when planning our own events, such as a dance and a buffet dinner. Remember, admission to all of our events (except golf) will be included in your fee. Any rooms remaining in the block will be returned to the hotel inventory on September 9th and any further reservations will be based on hotel availability. Billing Infomation: Indivduals: On own for all charges Advanced Deposit: One night's deposit due at time of booking Check In Time: 3:00pm Check Out: 11:00am 90% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation of individual reservations if notification is received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
