Awards shown smaller than actual size.
OK here's the new awards and stuff. Please apply for an award or 2. It may take a while, but I promise I won't forget your site! Just have patience. Awards given out whenever I have time.
The Dragonball Award (Award of Excellence) is the easiest to obtain. Although, getting 5 Dragonballs is hard to do. If you're a beginner, or you feel that your site is good, yet not quite great, apply for this one.
The Ranma 1/2 Award (Great Site) is the next hardest. This is for some of the better websites, and getting 4 Ranma heads is proof that you are a really good webmaster. For those of you who feel their site is one of the top 100.
Finally, the Shinji Award (Perfection)is the most hardest. Your site must be really good. No broken links, no leeching files, etc. This award is for sites whos presence looms over the anime community. As the award implies, this is for Perfect sites. (Like mine)
Most sites say in order to win a award, you have to sign the guestbook, link to them, and the like. Others give "bonus points" for doing the above. Team KAOS is different. Signing the guestbook (located at the right) and Linking to me using a banner or button will guarantee you an award. Maybe even a new one!
Well, to win an award, you need to follow a few simple guidelines. You:
- Must have a website. I don't want to have to give out awards for best looking text document
- Must have over 100 visitors
- Must not be 'Under Construction' to the point of having nothing but 2 pictures and 3 words.
- Anime Web sites:
- Must have plenty of anime related things (more than 3 sections)
- Should have no more than 2 popups (not counting the web space providers 'words from our sponsors')
- Should not have the Javascript alert boxes FORCING you to
Vote or go to another page. Also, no more than 2 alert boxes. If I wanted to chat, I'd have gone elsewhere
- Should look neat, and the entrance, if applicable, should be easy to find
- Other sites:
- Must have less than 3 popups
- Have plenty of content
- Not be boring and pointless to me (like the official website of Cow Worshippers of America)
- Should be neat in appearance and easy to navigate.
- No hidden entrances
- No broken links
- Exceptions are made for all websites, if need be. Equal Opportunity Awarder.
- All websites welcome for review, none will be turned down for content
