Welcome! I'm glad you visited this page. It is devoted in its most part to some of my hobbies like most of private pages are. It also contains some literary links in different languages that I collect. Though there are quite a few rigtht now but new links are added periodically and sometimes this page is updated.
The reasons that led me to create this page are complicated and difficult to describe. But in brief I became much interested in creating different samples in HTML. It was very exciting and I enjoyed greatly creating this page. And I like to write. My speciality is literary research. I also like to work at the computer and I use it both for work and enjoyment.
I put some of my writings on this page but my first idea was to create a cinema section where you can read some of my reviews. This movie section is created for film fans, and in the first place for those who regard the cinema not only as entertainment (it's its main function after all) but also as a piece of art. I particularly like foreign films: Italian, French, etc. If you are interested, I invite you to read my reviews.
Internet Movie Data Base includes absolutely all known films. Methods of search are very convenient: you can search by title or by name, by director or by actor, even by character's name. I believe you'll enjoy much there. As for me I was very glad that I found it and I recommend this database to everyone who is interested in cinema.
