Features of the
rout
A wild nature, rock cliffs along the banks the
height of which reaches several hundred meters, rapids of
third category of difficulty. Perfect fishing.
There are plenty of taimen, lenok, and grauling.
There are not any inhabited localities in the basins of
these rivers.
For this journey you should have some
rafting experience, in spite of the third category of the
rapids is a low level of difficulty, any way rapids on
the river are dangerous.

you all the difficulties of the rafting. We think that
rafting is the best way to know oneself, and one of the
most powerful impression of life.
1 Nijneangarsk
river Angidjan
The length is 180 km. By helicopter 1h 20
min, (5-6 persons), to the Right Bank of the river
Angidjan, near the mouth of the river Aldunda.
Beginning of the rafting from the river Angidjan, the
river is full of rapids, width 20-30 meters.
Velocity of the stream 1.5 m/sec. The depth varies
from 0.5 to 1.5 meters. The length of rafting on the
river Angidjan 35 km. Stay for a night near the
mouth of the river Narrow in the tent.
2 Angidjan Nandony
The Nandony is more full -flowing then river
Angidjan.The Nandony translats from Tungus
in english as Grauling River. The
Nandony is full of rapids, the hight of wave reaches 1,5
m., on the rapids. Each rift alternates with reach of
river. Velocity of the stream 1.5 m/sec. The
Nandony flows into the river Kotera. The extent of
rafting 20 km for one day.
3 Nandony Kotera
The length of rafting on the river Kotera is 15
km. The width of the river 100 m. Rafting to the
settlement Delakora.
4 Return back to Nijneangarsk
by car.
2-3 hours of driving.
If you are willing to prolong rafting for 3-4 days,
well raft farther on the river Kotera, the next
river is the Upper Angara. The Kotera is
tributary of the Upper Angara. The banks
of the Upper Angara are sandy, the
velocity of stream 1.2-m/sec. The Upper Angara
flows into the group of Baikal 's lakes,
farther, the river streams in the middle of the lakes
untill it flows into Baikal dividing Island
Yarki into tree islets, not far from Nijneangarsk
20 km. Island Yarki is a perfect
sandy beach.
