Michael is 19 years old. He was born on December 14th, 1979, in Chester, England to Jeanette and Terry Owen. As a kid, and even now, with his Liverpool fellow players, his nickname is Midget Gem cos hes so small! Michael Owen stands 5'8" tall, and his shoe size is only a size 6. His girlfriend (*sob*) is the beautiful Louise Bonsall. She is 17 years old and lives a few streets away from Michael in Hawarden North Wales. Mikey and Louise had gone out with each other at the tender age of 13 but broke up only to find out their feelings still ran deep. He is currently building a new 200,000 pound home near his parents house. For all of you who don't know (shame on you!), Michael (whose number is number 20) plays forward for Liverpool and what a team! He also plays for England and scored 2 amazing goals against Romania and Argentina in the 1998 World Cup. He cried when they were knocked out...what a sweetie! He earns 20,000 a WEEK and drives a blue BMW as well as a gorge red Jaguar, which is worth 65,000 and would cost the average 19 year old over 11,000 a year to insure. However, him being the brill person he is, the car was a present from the Jaguar company. Ladies worldwide are head over heels in love with this man...me among them. Sorry girls..as I mentioned earlier, he's totally in love with Louise Bonsall. I heard that Michael was going to ask Louise to marry him if England won the World Cup, but I'm not sure if thats true. He also said he was going to make it the double. . . the World Cup and an engagement. So far, the best game of which he has played in is the game of Liverpool against Newcastle Utd. where he scored a hatrick in 15 minutes and his first two goals were scored in 85 seconds! After this match he had scored his 4th goal of the season.
