You hold in your hands the mechanism that will allow CAPPDT to move forward and to grow, that will allow the Association to run itself, that sets out our aims, objectives and area of operation, that sets down guidelines for the efficient execution of the business end of the Association.

The Constitution is straight-forward. It spells out our name, our aims and objectives, our area of operation and how revisions to the Constitution will be handled.

The By-laws are the tool that runs the Association and they are, by their very nature, more complicated. Please read the by-laws carefully; they affect you. You will notice, as you go through the articles, that we are looking ahead and planning for growth!

The Code of Ethics also forms a part of this document and is our guide to ethical behaviour.
