Titanic was a big ship in her time of 1912
Everything elegant everything swell
As the warning whistle blew at 12:55
A man and his friend rushed to the ship and waved their good-byes
As the ship headed out of the dock
The time was about 1 o'clock
The ship was headed to Cherbourg, Ireland, and New York
The ship sailed across the ocean or was it across the sea
Everyone was happy with so much glee
A woman appeared above the well deck
This ship in the future was going to wreck.
Rose looked at her life what a mistake
It was Jack's heart who ached.
Her suicide attempt led her in a new direction
With Jack there was love and affection
On the other hand, Cal had millions just to mention
Ruth reminded Rose that Cal was her only ticket to riches
She had put up with her mother that bitches.
Jack thought they had a good thing
However, he couldn't afford a ring
He told her in a matter of words he loved her
She shared his feelings, but she was scared
She went to have tea with her mother and friends
Saw that her future was the end
She told Jack she changed her mind
He took her hands and led her to the rail
His love showed her they would not fail
The drawing in her stateroom was a treasured moment
Something she always would remember
They ran from Lovejoy, ran from their fears
We knew that when Jack died and she cried with tears
She trusted him
He trusted her
She saved him
He saved her
Lifeboats were ready
Waiting for passengers
Jack was handcuffed for a crime he didn't commit
She knew Cal lied
She wanted to go
Cal wouldn't let her go
Jack was poor
He called her a whore
She spit in his face as she left
Guess what? Cal had nothing left
She broke the handcuffs with an ax
Where she had got it from Jack didn't ask
They had to get up to the boats
And got there, they did
Cal interfered with Jack as he told
Her get on a lifeboat
He scold
Looking at those big blue eyes
She didn't want to say good bye
She hopped on Titanic
As the lifeboat lowered
Showing Cal she was no coward
Jack met her at the bottom of the grand staircase
But Cal didn't wanna face it
She had fallen in love with Jack
Cause Cal had never paid her any respect
Always a possession
Money was his only obsession
He began to get the gun from Lovejoy
Hey remember it isn't a toy
He chased Rose and Jack down the stairs
Cause he really didn't care
They got away from him
Safe at last
A little boy crying for his dad
Rose told Jack we can't leave him here
The father came for his child
While he got the boy and his suitcase
The water came in at such a fast pace
As Rose and Jack had to race
They had landed near a closed staircase
A man running by them
They needed help
They pleaded until he came to his senses
He got his keys and dropped them
Jack went down and got them
Asked Rose which one
He tried to open it as fast as he could
She would not die, but he sure would
When the ship went down
He said they'd be together
Only that time it was not forever
She got his hand and kissed it good-bye
Blew the whistle
Was saved and dry
She knew that
Someway somehow she would live on
That's when the song came out cause her heart will go on.
