I’m gonna draw a picture,
A picture with a twist,
I’ll draw it with a razor,
I’ll draw it on my wrist,
And if it’s done correctly,
Red liquid will appear,
Washing all my pain away,
Including all my fear.
I’m gonna draw a picture,
And I know the trick of the trade,
With my razor as my pencil,
The marks will never fade,
Long sleeves are worn and wrists are covered,
No one sees my pain,
I keep it all a secret,
My secret keeps me sane.
