They announced that 2,000 people were there in the Casino Magic arena in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Sounded and looked much smaller than 1,000. The entrance area looked good and production was ok, but the lighting wasn't very good.

Janetty/Rogers vs. Samoans
The Samoan Swat Team came out first with a manager that ran down Tommy Rogers and Marty Jannety. Fatu of The Samoan Swat Team is rather large in the rear these days. Very slow paced match with Rogers and Janetty taking control first with fast paced double teaming for the first few minutes. The Samoans controlled the match with submissions moves but the match had no psychology. The Somoans had trouble breathing. The end came out of nowhere as Janetty was outside the ring fighting one of the Samoans when one of the Samoans used Marc Meros finisher on Tommy Rogers to get the pinfall.

George Steele vs. Greg Valentine
George Steele came down with Sherri Martel. THe match was about 5 minutes of stalling and then Sherri Martel turned on George Steele as Greg Valentine took control of the match by pulling the Animals shirt over his head. Sherri Martel then turned on Animal and attacked him. The Animal then began a comeback as he punched Valentine to repeatedly as each guy then traded control back and forth. Sherri nailed Animal with a chair at the end and Hammer got the pinfall. Following the match Animal threw Sherri over the top rope as he chased them to the back. George Steele then returned to the ring to throw chairs around and he destroyed the turnbuckle.

Julio Fantastico vs. 2 Cold Scorpio
Lou Albano came out during the match to help with commentating. He was actually fairly entertaining. The match started out quickly and had a very quick feel as the crowd was getting into the show for the first time. The crowd was solidly behind Scorpio. The match was back and forth as they also did a few highspots in what will be the best match on the card. A few points though happened where it looked as if neither guy was sure about how to procede. Julio Fantastico had control during the middle of the match but Scorpio made a huge comeback to win the match with a pinfall after a somersault legdrop off the top in a hot finish that saw some highspots and a quick pace. Albano was calling this the "greatest ppv of all time." (He was kidding)

Volkoff/Iron Sheik vs. Bushwackers
In what may have been the worst match of the year, the Bushwackers using the name "the Men From Down Under" defeated two really old guys who have no business in the ring, Nikolai Volkoff and Iron Sheik. Both Sheik and Volkoff looked terrible. Sheik had this enormous gut. Sheik literally had problems moving. Everytime he did any move it took him about a minute to execute it. The same thing can be said with his selling. Volkoff also looked hideous, white & flabby. His offense and defense was no better than Sheiks. Crowd chanted "Russia Sucks" during the match. Yeah. Lot's of basic stuff you'd expect from Chaz or Meat but 10 times slower. Volkoff accidentally hit Sheik with an object which allowed Luke to pin him. Match lasted near 10 minutes.

Tully Blanchard vs. Stan Lane
Lane worked the mike, pretty funny stuff. He called himself the "Original gangster of love." Lane also bragged about working for ESPN and called Blanchard a mule. Loads and loads of crowd shots trying to make out that the girls were mesmerized by Lane's looks. Blanchard used a hip toss and a drop kick early on Lane. Outside brawling. Lane used a neckbreaker on Blanchard. Lane then gave Tully a hotshot. Lane used Silver King's Tope Con Hilo. Just kidding. Later in the match Blanchard used a figure four on Lane on the outside of the ring. Lane took control and won with a side suplex... well the referee reversed the decision because Blanchard had his shoulder up while Lane didn't have either one up. So Blanchard won. Lane beated on Tully after the match.

Abdullah the Butcher vs. One Man Gang
This went to a no contest. Both used chairs and bladed heavily. Abdullah was bleeding seconds into the match. Abdullah used a fork on Gang. In fact, that was the entire match. Butcher held Gang onto the ropes and just used the fork until he finally threw it into the fans. As he went for an elbow the camera went to a shot of the crowd. After the elbow they went outside near the commentating position and the ref called for the bell. They continued to brawl. They brawled all the way to the back. Loads of blood in this one.

Jimmy Snuka vs. Bob Orton
The match was one long resthold that Orton had on Snuka and the only action was Orton going to hit Capt. Lou Albano and missing, then Snuka got the pinfall when he hit a cross body off the top rope. Fans chanted "Bob is a faggot." Nobody was into the match at all. Superfly looked really pale and flabby.

Yokozuna/Jake Roberts vs. King Kong Bundy/Jim Niedhart
The match started out with about five minutes of back and forth action until the snake started to come out and then Jake Roberts took it out. Neidhart left the ring and refused to get back in for a few minutes and they stalled for ever.

King Kong Bundy then came down and interfered a few times as Niedhart and Roberts fought again. The match went on for a few minutes until Yokozuna came down and attacked King Kong Bundy (Yokozuna was huge. Imagine the old Yokozuna plus 400 pounds, they mentioned his weight at near 1,000 pounds). Neidhart then attacked Yokozuna as they announced that the main event was now a tag team match. It started out like every other match with pure stalling. The stalling went on for a few minutes until Neidhart finally attacked a hurt Roberts on the outside of the ring. More stalling on the outside of the ring again and then they dragged him into the heel corner and kept him there for a few minutes with rest holds and a punch or two every few minutes. Roberts at the end tagged Yoko in for the only crowd pop of the night. Yoko beat up both heels for a few moments but then King Kong Bundy then pinned Roberts with a big splash when Yoko had his back turned. They then attacked the manager of King Kong Bundy. Roberts then placed the 14 foot long snake onto the manager of Bundy as the show went off the air without explanation.

Definitely the worst pay per view of the year, besides all of WCW's. It was good to see all the old timers, even though they looked horrible.
