Rules you should know before applying and as a member:
- NO Drama, Real life has enough drama and the last place we want to deal with it is on a game.
- Be respectful to one another, Joking and such is one thing but don't let it exceed that limit.
- If another member is bothering you please speak with an officer to try and resolve the issue and avoid causing bigger problems.
- Stay out of public channel arguments and drama. Nobody cares to see it so it will just make you look bad as well as reflect to the guild.
- Be productive, If we're raiding, doing groups etc you are not required to join in all the time, but we do want you to help out as much as possible.
- The DKP loot system is setup to be 100% fair for everyone, If you have any questions or problems please contact a member of the loot council. Arguing or claiming its unfair is extremely intolarable and false.
Guild Information:
Originally a majority of us who formed the guild played EverQuest for a long time. We look foreward to progressing and raiding on here as well as doing instances and quests as a guild.
We do not have a required attendance for guild related activities but do ask that you try to be on and help out as often as possible.
Loot Information:
We will be using a DKP Bidding system for loot. Each member will recieve a certain aount of DKP per encounter (the amount will vary from difficulty, 1st attempts and other various things). Everyones DKP standings will be updated after raids.
Before each raid it is good to check your current DKP so you will know how much you have to spend. During raids a member will call out items in the guild and take whispers for how much members wish to bid, They will call this out 3 times in a course of 3 - 5 minutes. Each call will also display the current highest bidder.
An example:

[Guild] [Kitahn] Taking bids on - (2 of 3) (Highest bidders name + amount)
[Guild] [Kitahn] Taking bids on - (3 of 3)(Highest bidders name + amount)
[Guild] [Kitahn] Bid's are now closed. Congrats (Name) on - for # DKP.
Eeach call will only be updated with the last seen highest bid so some of them may be unseen. Each bid session will be screenshotted and logged just to prove who did bid the highest. This should help reduce any unfair alterations in loot distribution. Any bid whispers AFTER the closing call will be ignored.
* The bidding system may in the future have some minor changes (channel joining etc) to make the bids ore visible. *
Recruitment:
Anyone interested in joining the guild is asked to submit an application on the forums application section. We also advise you check class openings and such to make sure we do not have applications closed for the desired class. However, it does not hurt to post an application if it is closed if you wish, All applications will be handled and dealt with properly by the recruitment team.
