KEITH BUTLER TOPS CITRUS FIELD

Keith Butler shot out from his pole starting position and never looked back in action on Saturday night at Citrus County Speedway in Inverness, the first 21 laps of the 30 lap event went caution free until a yellow came out for Gary Gimmler who spun in turn 2 while running third, the next yellow would come out 2 laps later for a spinning Shane Butler, after that it was Keith with Dad Stan right on his bumper, but Keith would prevail and take home the win over the 20 car field. Stan would hang on for second over "Pretty Boy" Rusty Dixon, Jimmy Alvis and current point leader Scott Adema. Heat wins would go to Stan Butler, Keith Butler and Gary Gimmler. In the $500 to win HEAT RACING of Brandon sponsored Dash for Cash it would be Scott Adema over Daryl Smith, Jimmy Alvis, Dennis Misuraca and Rusty Dixon. The next event for the Central Florida Wingless Sprints is June 10 at Charlotte County Speedway.
