One of the Best turn-based strategy games of all time, not only is it my favorite PC game, but it is the focus of this website. This game is a mix of fantastic creatures and extraordinary magic that makes it so fun to play. I'm not going to explain the game in detail, because thats what this website is for.
The Heroes of Might and Magic Series started with a game called Kings Bounty , designed by Jon Van Cageghem, the very person who started New World Computing . He went on to create all of the Heroes of Might and Magic games and the Might and Magic Series. Heroes of Might and Magic was the game that was the foundation for the Homm games today. While a fun game, it is not impressive compared to todays games. Heroes of Might and Magic 2 introduced the Map Editor and more town types. It also came out with an expansion pack, The Price of Loyalty . Heroes of Might and Magic 3 introduced hero specialties, new skills, town types, creatures, and much more. It also has two expansions, Armageddons Blade and The Shadow of Death .
