This quilt was made as a wedding quilt for a couple we know, Bethany and Rush Crabtree. My daughter and I jointly cut and pieced the blocks. She set the quilt and I quilted it. It contains many fabrics that have a military theme because the husband is in the Army, stationed in Iraq. The pattern is a Tennessee block. Quilt measures 96" square.

This quilt was commissioned by my mother for a friend of hers, Elaina Speas-Rouch. Elaina collects foxes. The top is made from all-cotton fabrics. The quilt has cotton batting and is free-motion quilted in varying sizes of spirals. The pattern is Double Spinwheels. Quilt measures 42" x 54".
It has cotton batting and is machine quilted, 76" x 88". The free-hand machine quilting has butterflies with flight trails. My own quilting design.
The quilt called "Goin' Places" incorporates souvenir T shirts from all over the world. It is sashed with a blue and white star-type print and quilted by machine in random, wavy diagonal lines both directions. The one called "SportShirts" has sporting T shirts and bandanas. The letters are cut from T shirt scraps. This quilt is stipple quilted by machine.
